Hi there! I’m Storm.

I’m a problem solver and opportunity-seer. I love to solve puzzles, make painful and difficult tasks easy, and organize paperwork (no, really). I help companies scale and grow by removing obstacles, supporting leaders, and developing revenue streams. A business is someone’s dream, and there is nothing more amazing than making that dream come true.

My approach to leadership, operations, product, and strategy is unapologetically conscious, compassionate, sustainable, and value-driven.

Over my career, I’ve worked across industries, across roles, and across company and team sizes. I’ve been at a company of 5 and a company of 225,000; I’ve planned Elton John and Patty Smith concerts, released two of the highest grossing films in history, and trained machine-learning algorithms with the engineer responsible for keeping GPS working around the world. This experience has shown me, from the inside out, so many ways to tackle business challenges and to remain adaptable, flexible, and nimble. I bring all of this knowledge and experience to the organizations I work with.

Scaling a business can be hard work – like climbing a mountain or running a marathon. It takes steady, consistent progress, constant evaluation of performance, strategies for stamina, and always making sure you’ve got enough resources to keep you going. Luckily, I’ve got plenty of experience doing both.
